The Role:
You will support automotive dealerships in France as the frontline representative. This inbound role focuses on customer care and logistics administration.
DUTIES:
* Handle inbound customer care calls
* Assist with technical issues (login, passwords, configuring devices)
* Communicate clearly and supportively with customers
* Provide technical support to the dealership community
* Identify and troubleshoot equipment faults
Logistics admin includes:
* Arrange delivery of loan equipment
* Coordinate with suppliers and installers for equipment delivery and setup
* Escalate issues to suppliers when needed
* Follow up with customers for return of loan equipment
