A well‑established and rapidly growing business in the Waterlooville area is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. About the Role
This role focuses on managing an established portfolio of loyal customers, providing excellent service while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships, handling a variety of enquiries, and contributing to the continuous growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Processing customer orders via telephone, email, and through the company website
Developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers
Working towards sales targets (no cold calling required)
Handling queries relating to deliveries, returns, repairs, and general customer supportExperience & Skills Required
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and via email; occasional face‑to‑face contact may also be required
Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
Strong administrative skills and the ability to multi‑task
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently as well as part of a teamHours & Benefits
