About the Role:
We are currently looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team based in Coleshill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 6 months’ customer service experience who is confident handling both customer queries and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming customer queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Making outbound calls to follow up on enquiries
Performing accurate and efficient data entry and maintaining internal databases
Providing clear, helpful, and friendly communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Supporting general administrative tasksRequirements:
Minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer service role would be preferable (office, retail, or call centre)
Experience with data entry and handling outbound calls is highly desirable
Administrative experience is preferred but not essential
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal CRM systemsWhat We Offer:
