Regional Account Manager Northern Home Counties & North London Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid Working An exciting opportunity to lead strategic client engagement and regional growth across the built environment sector. A growing, forward-thinking organisation is looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to support business development and client relationship management across the Northern Home Counties and North London. This is a pivotal role focused on public sector client and construction industry engagement. The Role In this role, you'll take ownership of client accounts and project opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to support delivery through framework agreements. Working with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll be instrumental in driving growth and maintaining high standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver client account management plans Engage and influence public sector clients across construction and professional services Present strategic solutions and secure projects via framework agreements Oversee project procurement, ensuring alignment with client requirements Build relationships with contractors and consultants in the region Represent the organisation at local, regional, and national industry events Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends Identify opportunities for regional growth and improved market share About You We’re looking for someone with: A successful background in key account management or business development Strong experience in engaging with the public sector and the construction industry Knowledge of pre-construction processes from both client and contractor perspectives Familiarity with the RIBA Plan of Work and public sector delivery structures Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills A commercial mindset and strategic approach to regional business development
