Area Manager – North East/West Yorkshire Location: North East/West YorkshireSalary: Competitive We are seeking a dynamic Area Manager to lead our North East/West Yorkshire region operations. This challenging, fast-paced position requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to drive performance across multiple locations. Purpose of Role As Area Manager, you will oversee and support approximately 30 retail stores across the North East/West Yorkshire region. Your primary responsibility is to motivate and lead a team of store managers to achieve ambitious business objectives while translating strategic goals into actionable short and long-term plans that drive sustainable, profitable sales growth. You will work closely with our Central Operations team and support centre to develop operating priorities, establish accountability standards, and implement effective communication and training initiatives across your region.
