We are supporting an exceptional offshore law firm that is looking to add a junior corporate associate to its Jersey team as transactional activity continues to build across the practice. This is a well-established corporate group advising on a broad mix of ECM, corporate and financing transactions for international clients, with work flowing from major financial centres including London and other key European markets. The role offers early responsibility, strong technical exposure and close partner support, within a collaborative team environment. Supporting senior lawyers on corporate and financing matters, the successful applicant will deliver technically sound advice, drafting transaction documents and managing work streams with appropriate supervision. You will also build client and intermediary relationships, contribute to fee management and support the development of junior colleagues as the team grows. Candidates should be qualified lawyers at NQ to two years’ PQE level with a comprehensive experience across corporate, ECM or financing transactions essential. Excellent academics, strong drafting skills and a commercial mindset are key, with training from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or comparable firm viewed favourably - albeit those with top tier regional practices will also be of significant interest to the team.
