Project Support Officer
Based in Coventry
Monday to Friday
35 Hours per week (flexible start & finish times)
£35,000+ PA (Dependant on experience)
12-month fixed term (with potential for longer term employment)
My client is dedicated to driving large-scale change and establishing best practices across their services.
As a Project Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of various projects within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and maintenance of various project plans and schedules.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
* Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
* Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
* Assist in identifying and managing project risks and issues.
* Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
Skills:
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in project support or administration.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
* Knowledge of Prince 2 is ESSENTIAL
