High Wycombe Area £20,000 - £30,000 DOE Bonus Training Full Time | Permanent An established, forward-thinking independent garage in the High Wycombe area is seeking a Junior (Trainee) Motor Vehicle Technician to join its friendly and motivated team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Level 2 qualification (or workshop experience) who wants to progress to Level 3 and gain Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualifications with full support and structured training. The Role Includes: Servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards Assisting with diagnostics using modern equipment Supporting senior technicians Completing vehicle health checks and documentation Road testing vehicles Maintaining a clean and safe workspace Requirements: Level 2 Light Vehicle qualification (preferred) Workshop experience Full UK driving licence Strong teamwork and communication skills Good attention to detail What's Offered: Salary £20,000-£30,000 (DOE), reviewed after 6 months Up to 10% annual bonus (performance related) 20 days holiday bank holidays (rising with service) Pension scheme Private healthcare Death in service cover Ongoing training including EV to Level 3 Uniform provided Staff discounts Monday-Friday hours with occasional Saturday mornings (max 4 per year).
