This demanding role carries full responsibility for service, parts, warranty and workshop performance within a high‑volume environment. It requires a skilled and resilient manager who maintains composure, professionalism and clear leadership under pressure while consistently delivering strong commercial results and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop a multi‑disciplinary Aftersales team
* Drive workshop productivity, utilisation, labour sales and first‑time fix performance
* Take full ownership of Aftersales financial performance, including revenue, margins, costs and stock control
* Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and effective complaint resolution
* Use data and KPIs to improve operational efficiency and profitability
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies and industry regulations
