What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead ownership of item master data processes, governance, and system utilization
* Oversee data stewards handling item creation, updates, and change requests
* Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across enterprise systems
* Act as escalation point for complex data quality issues and exceptions
* Partner with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to align data strategyEstablish KPIs to track performance, data quality, and operational efficiency
* Drive continuous improvement in data governance frameworks and tools
* Participate in occasional travel (approximately 15%) to support cross-functional initiatives
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Hands‑on expertise with item/product master data in ERP/MDM systems such as Oracle or SAP
* Experience leading data stewards or data-focused teams
* Strong ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leadership
* Advanced knowledge of data governance frameworks and quality standards
* Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
