We are currently working in partnership with a non-for-profit organisation based in Coventry, who are recruiting for a Finance Assistant on a three month contract. The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is £16.50 per hour via an umbrella company.
The role offers three days per week working from home, and two in the office and ideal candidate will have experience within a finance background.
1. Processing invoices, and assisting with maintaining the purchase ledger
2. Bookkeeping duties, including account reconciliations
3. General finance administration
4. Assisting with elements of sales ledger
Experience required:
5. Experience working within a finance background
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
6. Accounts payable experience is beneficial but not essential
Working hours:
7. 37.5 hours per week
8. Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
