Dress2party are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our dynamic and friendly team selling our gorgeous evening wear, bridesmaid and prom gowns from our central Glasgow city location
We need our staff to provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales but at the same time ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
As the assistant manager you will play a key role in supporting the management team in achieving store objectives.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
* Assist customers in selecting a gown, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
* Participate in inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment
Qualifications
* Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a senior role.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
* A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
