Red Recruitment is recruiting a Concierge in Cardiff City Centre. You will be acting as the primary liaison between tenants, managing agents, and landlords. You should be enthusiastic and be committed to delivering great customer service. The salary for this position is £29,120 per annum and is a full-time position. Benefits and Package for a Concierge: Salary: £29,120 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm, 40 hours per week (you may be required to work outside of these hours for events) Location: Cardiff City Centre Contract Type: Permanent Close to lots of transport links Key Responsibilities of a Concierge: Meeting and greeting visitors and guests Ensuring that the telephone is answered in a timely and professional manner and transferred to the appropriate personnel, or messages are taken Monitoring incoming emails and responding or otherwise directing the message to the relevant person Ensuring that the reception area is presentable at all times, liaising with other service provider teams where required Being adaptable and responding to particular requests by the Client e.g., during special events and visits etc Assisting in keeping the site community portal updated and in date with the current event schedule and latest news Key Skills and Experience of a Concierge: Ideally, you will have 2 years' experience in a similar role within a high-end or other Front of House experience (preferably, in commercial office or other commercial real estate within property management) You will have strong relationship management and communication skills A detail-oriented and results-driven approach to tenant engagement is required You should have a collaborative mindset, working effectively with property management and building a team to optimise service levels and enhance the tenant experience Ideally, you will have a basic understanding of the Property Management industry If you are interested in this position and have the relevant experience required, please apply now!
