Description
The Employment Solicitor will be responsible for:
 * Developing and updating employment policies, procedures, and contracts.
 * Managing disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
 * Handling employment tribunal claims, including conducting advocacy.
 * Providing training to internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of employment law.
 * Monitoring and advising on changes in employment legislation.
Profile
The Employment Solicitor should be:
 * A qualified solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years PQE.
 * Experienced in handling respondent employment matters, ideally from retail clients.
 * Proficient in managing tribunal claims and ideally conducting advocacy but not essential.
 * Skilled in developing and implementing employment policies and procedures.
 * Adept at delivering training and upskilling initiatives.
Job Offer
