Main duties of the job Education & Training Delivery Deliver and facilitate programmes including induction, support worker development, simulation-based education, OSCEs, and other organisational priority training. Design and adapt blended learning opportunities tailored to individual learning needs. Assess written work and practical competencies in workplace settings. Programme Development & Quality Co-develop educational resources and programmes with colleagues and stakeholders. Participate in quality assurance through standardisation meetings and feedback processes. Support the continuous improvement of training delivery and learner experience. Team Collaboration & Leadership Work independently and as part of the Clinical Education Team. Supervise and mentor colleagues to enhance educational skills. Contribute to planning, timetabling, communication, and maintaining learner records. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners. Promote training opportunities and educational compliance across the Health Board. Digital & Technical Tasks Set up and maintain training equipment and environments. Use and maintain IT systems for record-keeping, reporting, and developing training materials. Monitoring, Governance & Evaluation Participate in audits, governance, research, and service improvement projects.
