Why join this teamAs the Executive Assistant, you will be a trusted partner, ensuring the Director’s time is optimised, communications are streamlined, and strategic priorities are supported. You’ll be embedded in the heart of product innovation, helping to drive forward EE’s mobile product strategy and execution.What to expect in your first 90 daysFirst 30 Days:Understand EE’s Home product landscape, the Director’s priorities, and key stakeholdersLearn operational procedures, product development cycles, and the mobile tech ecosystemBuild relationships with PAs across Product, Technology, and Commercial teamsBegin managing the Director’s calendar and communicationsFirst 60 Days:Deepen understanding of product strategy and roadmapSupport coordination of cross-functional product meetings and sprint reviewsBegin handling internal communications and stakeholder updatesAssist in planning product demos, launches, and internal showcasesFirst 90 Days:Act as a strategic partner, contributing to planning sessions and product reviewsManage long-term scheduling aligned with product milestones and go-to-market plansBegin handling urgent issues independently and support Director in crisis responseConduct a performance review with the Director to align on development goalsOngoing ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support including diary, travel, and expense managementSupport onboarding of new product leaders and team membersCoordinate internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with product timelinesMaintain documentation and support product governance processesLine manager responsibilities for PAs across the unitDrive improvements in administrative and operational processes within the Product team What we’re looking forManages high-volume executive calendars and shifting demands, prioritising time against product milestones and business-critical deliverablesConfident in triaging requests and protecting focus time for strategic initiativesProven experience working with product managers, engineers, and commercial teams or similar to align on priorities and drive actions forwardComfortable navigating matrix environments and facilitating coordination across disciplinesDelivers high-level admin support including diary, inbox, travel, and meeting coordination for senior leadersProficient in tools like Outlook, Teams to streamline daily operations and improve scheduling efficiencyAnticipates blockers, identifies gaps, and takes ownership to resolve issues independentlyFlags risks early and adjusts plans to avoid last-minute escalations or delivery delaysBuilds trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partnersFamiliar with agile ways of working and able to coordinate across pods, squads, or workstreams What’s in it for you10% on target bonusCompetitive salaryBT Pension scheme, minimum 5% Employee contribution, BT contribution 10%From January 2025, equal family leave: receive 18 weeks at full pay, 8 weeks at half pay and 26 weeks at the statutory rate.
