Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team for a residential development in Stansted. The project involves first and second fix plumbing across 10 new-build properties, integrating both air source heat pumps and traditional central heating systems.Responsibilities:
* Complete first and second fix plumbing installations
* Install and commission air source heat pumps
* Fit central heating systems including radiators, cylinders, and pipework
* Work from technical drawings and site plans
* Collaborate with site managers and other trades
Requirements:
* Proven experience in new-build plumbing (previous experience preferred)
* Familiarity with renewable heating systems
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (Preferred)
* CSCS card (preferred)
* Own tools and transport
