About the role
We’re looking for a skilled and adaptable Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a complex new product development project within our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In this crucial role, you’ll take full accountability for driving outcomes across our New Product Development project portfolio. With a strong focus on people and collaboration, you’ll apply proven project management practices and our established governance frameworks to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
This is a 12-month, fixed-term contract where you will lead the delivery of a new product development project, being accountable for on-plan delivery. To achieve this, you will:
1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of the project across multiple teams and locations.
2. Demonstrate effective management of stakeholders through proactive and regular communication.
3. Ensure effective project management delivery by using the most appropriate tools and techniques to drive on-plan delivery.
4. Ensure project transparency by using appropriate tools, techniques, and methodologies, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the information they need when they need it.
5. Ensure that project governance requirements are met whilst fostering an agile mindset within the team.
6. Monitor execution performance, identifying and implementing corrective actions where needed.
7. Facilitate project teams to promote alignment and effective collaboration between colleagues.
8. Be the voice of the project, ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering the desired project outcomes through the identification, escalation, and removal of project risks and blockers.
This is a hybrid role with ad hoc in-office presence required, based on project needs and team collaboration.

* Demonstrated ability to keep projects on track, maintaining momentum by balancing process with delivery pace.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
* Results-oriented mindset, focused on delivering tangible outcomes and value at pace.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially when operating with ambiguity or under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
