We’re looking for a confident and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our client on a temporary basis to help us clear a backlog of customer bookings.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Assisting with the processing and management of a backlog of customer bookings
2. Updating and maintaining accurate records in the in-house system
3. Communicating with customers via telephone to confirm and verify booking details
4. Ensuring all customer information is correct and up to date
5. Providing a friendly and professional service throughout all interactions
What we’re looking for:
6. Strong communication skills and a polite, professional telephone manner
7. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
8. Comfortable using internal systems and working with data
9. Previous customer service or admin experience preferred
10. Available to start immediately and commit to the full 4-week period
