Business Operations Administrator - Galashiels
Are you an organised and confident individual? Do you have experience within administration and are looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our operations team! Our Business Operations Administrator will handle communications through emails and telephone calls across the business and to our clients/customers, as well as creating, checking, and filing our documents, ensuring they are accurate.
What you will be doing:
* Assuring accurate Cash Handling and Banking Processing.
* Monitoring the quality of output, as per specified requirements and deadlines.
* Ensuring correspondences are issued correctly.
You should be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, and email. You should have excellent attention to detail and be willing to learn relevant regulations such as GDPR and industry changes.
