Responsibilities
* Carry out 100% of the lift maintenance and service visits of the units within your area.
* Work within your defined area, managing the portfolio of lifts within it.
* Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix.
* Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation.
* Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.
Qualifications
* Hold a NVQ level 3 in lift service, repairs and maintenance.
* Hold a valid UK drivers licence.
* At least 24 months of experience in the lift/elevator sector.
* Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
* Committed professional, with safety as your priority.
* Comfortable communicating to others.
* Curious, adaptable, and able to work alone or in a team.
* Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
