The Service & Team: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and skilled Fire Safety Officer within our Protection team. Our Protection function provides fire safety regulation activities as part of our statutory duty under the Fire Safety Order 2005. The Role:
As an experienced Fire Safety Officer, working with our Primary Authority Manager, you will support and develop our Primary Authority relationships, delivering fire safety advice across the UK, involving travel and accommodation outside Cornwall. You will also support our proactive Protection delivery team through regulatory activities, advice, audits, and enforcement. This is a public-facing role requiring compliance with the statutory English language requirement. The position is subject to a criminal record disclosure check.

What you'll need to succeed:
* Fire Safety - Level 4 diploma
* Experience in Fire Safety Regulatory activities
* Full UK driving license
* Excellent communication skills, APCIL legal experience qualification (Level 7) or similar
