What will my role look like?
As a Starbucks Brand Trainer your role will be to promote the brand image and culture through the use of targeted training activities. Delivering in-depth training of Starbucksbrand standards, operating systems, and procedures, along with assisting with recruitment; providing onsite support for new openings and clearly communicating the standards we expect within our Starbucks Stores.
You will be driven to ensure that the inductions, training, and support offered to our Store Managers and colleagues is second to none and they have all the tools they need to succeed in their roles.
You will work closely with the brand, operations, and learning teams to identify where focus is needed; leading and coordinating training and development activities, championing training and development within the brand.

What would my main responsibilities be as a Brand Trainer?
15. Ensure Brand Standards are communicated with insight and enthusiasm
16. Update and keep detailed training records for all stores
17. Promote enthusiasm for ongoing developments
18. Deliver development training and support the roll out of programs. (Training Site Manager Courses, Supervisors skills,) identify training priorities and draw up training plans
19. Manage training timelines along with store opening dates to assure alignment
20. Communicate the current partner brands marketing activities and help support any training needs
21. Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety and also Hygiene Procedures & Standards are maintained and followed appropriately
22. Offer support and advice in dealing with and resolving customer complaints keeping in mind brand standards
23. Communicate effective ways to control the cost of food waste with the use of accurate records
24. Ensure all hazards are reported appropriately and efficiently
25. Offer training & development of colleagues in relation to all policies and procedures
26. Track new managers training progress through in-store visits and training logs
27. Assist in the development of training and operational material.

28. Experience within a training / learning & development role
29. Passion for people and the ability to adapt training styles & methods dependent on the audience
30. Driver’s license
31. Flexibility with working hours / willing to travel to different locations
32. Comfortable in conducting training sessions
33. Able to create tailor made training sessions and deliver these as and when required to suit the needs of the business/individual
34. Ability to adapt coaching skills and teaching styles to the relevant audience
35. Conduct shift evaluations of the manager and the team as and when needed
