CAME UK have a fantastic opportunity for and experienced Operations Manager to lead one of our five UK & Ireland branches within a fast-moving distribution, assembly and manufacturing business.
In this role, you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for branch operations, overseeing warehouse, assembly and manufacturing teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes. You’ll play a key role in stock management, operational planning, and maintaining excellent health & safety standards, while driving continuous improvement across people, processes and performance.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, you’ll be hands-on, involved in the day-to-day running of the branch, and comfortable making practical decisions while working closely with the wider management team.
Do You Offer?
* Experience of managing operations teams and processes?
* Demonstrable people management and leadership skills?
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety compliance and risk management?
* Good experience utilising ERP and or MRP Packages for inventory and stock control?
* Ability to analyse operational data and guide continuous improvement?
* A confident communicator who works well as part of a wider leadership team.
