Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving business growth and building strong client relationships. The Junior Business Development Coordinator will work closely with senior management to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
Duties
* Assist in identifying potential clients and new market opportunities through research and networking.
* Cold calling potential new clients to gain meetings for directors
* Support the development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
* Maintain and update client information in Hubspot to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and sales activities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate our services.
* Assistance with generating and publishing the monthly client newsletter on Mailchimp
Skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Familiarity with business development processes and sales techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
