Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle for fixed income funds and segregated mandates. Coordinate the Product Governance Committee: agendas, materials, minutes and actions. Support complex product launches, managing timelines and multi-stakeholder delivery. Prepare board packs, manage service providers, and represent the firm at fund boards where required. Implement regulatory change across UCITS, AIFMD and MiFID II Product Governance. Assist with preparation and review of fund financial statements. Partner with Risk and Technology to maintain and enhance product data and reporting. Run periodic product reviews, amendments and terminations in line with policy and regulation. Requirements 2-4 years' experience within investment management or the investment funds industry. Strong grasp of fixed income markets and instruments, including ABS/structured credit, bond yields, loans, derivatives and syndication; familiarity with SFTR impacts on fixed income. Knowledge of UK and Irish fund structures, UCITS funds and listed investment companies. Working knowledge of AIFMD, UCITS, FCA handbooks (COLL, FUNDS) and MiFID II Product Governance; exposure to regulators (e.g. FCA, Central Bank of Ireland, CSSF). Experience delivering projects in a product or operations environment; product governance exposure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, ownership-minded self-starter with problem-solving aptitude.
