Monday Friday 8am-4pm
£24,681.00 per annum
Training will be provided
Driving license required, DBS will be conducted
This is a mobile role covering Liverpool & Cheshire.
About the role:
The role of a General Assistant is to deliver general assistant services to the required standard and specification; providing the highest standards of service delivery and working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely delivery of a full range of services to include but not limited to:
Open/Close buildings/ Undertaking weekly tests, eg. Fire alarm tests/Litter picking, tidy bin stores
Grounds & garden tidy, weeding, cutting back of shrubs, leaf blowing/collection
Providing access for contractors
Delivering of customer stock from drop off points within building
Patient wayfinding
Collection and movement of patients to and from wards, clinics and departments
Transporting fresh laundry
Medical gases transportation from stores and ensuring correct storage
Medical curtain changes
Undertaking a range of specialist cleaning duties including but not limited to; window blinds, clearing gutters, drains and gulleys, floor maintenance and where appropriate the operation of specialist equipment.
Small works or maintenance tasks in line with SFG20
Movement of drugs, patient notes, blood specimens etc
Internal movement of furniture and room preparation for meetings etc
Undertake bleep radio test
Ensure that grounds, pathways, car parks, entrances are clean and tidy and well maintained; including moving snow, light gritting in the winter months if necessary
