Location: We have fabulous developments across Essex so a driving licence will be essential and this role involves working weekends with two days off in the week.
About the role
Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful Trainee New Home Sales Consultant will have a desire to become an expert at selling customers their dream homes. At Dandara we know those first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role.
What you will do;
1. Assist senior sales consultants in all aspects of the sales process
2. Learn product knowledge and sales techniques through training and hands-on experience
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
4. Participate in sales meetings and presentations
5. Contribute to team targets and work towards individual sales goals
