HR Project Manager Our client, a leading multi-site organisation, is seeking an HR Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new HRIS to modernise and align HR processes across the group. This role suits a confident project professional who enjoys driving digital change and collaborating across people, systems, and functions. The Role You'll manage the full HRIS project lifecycle, from planning and configuration through to training, deployment, and post-launch support. Working closely with HR, IT, and external partners you will ensure a smooth rollout, system adoption and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of the HRIS project, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risks, and milestones. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system configuration, testing, and go-live. Engage stakeholders to capture requirements and communicate progress. Oversee workflow design, data migration, and validation activities. Ensure GDPR compliance and data security. Deliver user training, guides, and workshops. Provide regular project updates and support post-implementation improvements. About You Degree in IT, Business Systems, HR, or similar. Proven experience delivering HRIS, HCM, or ERP projects. Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, time & attendance). Flexible to travel across sites; full UK driving licence required. Experience in multi-site or multi-entity organisations. Familiarity with UKG Ready, Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
