We re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected healthcare provider for a HR Advisor, to join their supportive and values-driven People function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR/People professional who enjoys partnering with managers, leading employee relations activity, and helping shape a positive, high-performing culture.
In this key role, you ll act as a trusted HR Advisor across multiple sites, working closely with the senior People lead.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide confident, practical employee relations support
* Coach and advise line managers on best practice people management
* Support change initiatives and organisational development activity
* Develop, review and implement people policies and processes
* Contribute to engagement, wellbeing and positive workplace culture
You ll thrive if you re someone who balances professionalism and compliance with warmth, pragmatism and strong relationship-building skills.
What We re Looking For
* Proven experience in a People Partner / HR Advisory / ER-focused role
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Confidence managing complex employee relations cases end-to-end
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* A calm, solutions-focused approach in sensitive situations
* Discretion, professionalism and the ability to build trust quickly
