Trainee Day Programme Facilitator Location: Dover Salary: £21,840 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time Closing Date: 25 th September 2025 We are offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our traineeship programme. This role provides a structured pathway into [sector/field, e.g. health and social care/recovery services], combining practical workplace experience with study towards a nationally recognised qualification (subject to eligibility criteria). As a trainee, you will shadow a team member within your assigned business unit, receiving full guidance, mentoring, and regular reviews to support your development. You will also undertake compulsory therapy as part of the programme to aid both personal and professional growth.
