Clover HR are recruiting for a HR Associate to provide responsive HR advice and support as advised by the Lead HR Associate for all clients.
Role Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team and clients, assisting with a range of HR-related matters such as employee records, documentation, scheduling, and compliance tasks.
Prepare and format standard case management letters for individual client cases, such as invitations to disciplinary hearings, written warnings, and GP report requests, using templates as instructed by the team.
Assist in the collation and drafting of HR policies and procedures, ensuring documents are up-to-date and properly filed.
Organise and maintain suites of client support materials, including contracts of employment, employee handbooks, and related HR documentation.
Support the development and maintenance of HR operational processes and administrative procedures.
Maintain positive working relationships with clients by providing timely and accurate administrative support, tailored to their needs.
Help implement HR policies and procedures under the guidance of senior HR staff, ensuring compliance with current legislation and company protocols.
Support the management of employee relations by preparing necessary documentation for grievances, disciplinaries, and other processes, ensuring records are accurate and securely stored.
Assist with recruitment administration, including posting job adverts, scheduling candidate interviews, and preparing onboarding paperwork for new hires.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to identify and organise training sessions, maintaining attendance records and related documentation.
HR Reporting: Collate and maintain HR data and metrics for clients, supporting the preparation of regular reports and providing basic insights when requested.
Ensure all administrative HR activities comply with UK employment laws and internal company policies.
Attend client sites and remote meetings as required by HRBP’s and client.
Support with representing the Company at networking and promotional events.
Candidate Requirements
* Demonstrable experience within a Customer Success environment
* Ability to work in team-based, collaborative environment
* CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and attention to details skills
* Strong organisation & time management skills.
