Band 6 Immunisation Nurse coordinator:

1 x permanent post, 37 hours per week, shift M-Thr- 0830-1630 Friday – 0830-1600

You will be an experienced NMC registered Nurse on part 1 of the register, preferably with experience of immunising children, an interest in Public Health and a desire to work as a leader of a skill mix team.

The Preschool Immunisation Nurse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, leading and managing a team of registered nursing staff and healthcare support workers working within community based clinics delivering preschool immunisations to babies and children.

This post aligns to one of our four preschool immunisation service areas. The service model is structured across four teams where the post holder is required to cover across all NHS GG&C and HSCP teams:

Renfrew and Inverclyde Team

East Renfrewshire and South Glasgow Team

North East Glasgow and East Dunbartonshire Team – This post

North West Glasgow and West Dunbartonshire Team
