Site Engineer / Senior Engineer - Major Marine Infrastructure Project
Location: Inverness, Scotland
Are you an experienced Site Engineer or Senior Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding role on a significant infrastructure project? Join the contractor and contribute to the development of the New Eastern Inner Dock Quay at Nigg Energy Park.
The Role:
You will be a key member of the project team, responsible for the successful delivery of a major marine infrastructure development.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing and managing enabling works, including site surveys, clearance, office relocation, and installation of temporary facilities.
* Supervising demolition activities and the removal of existing revetment material/structures.
* Managing the construction of temporary structures and the main Quay Wall Structure (front quay wall, rear anchor wall, and tie rods).
* Directing earthworks, reinforced concrete works (including cope beams), and concrete slab leveling.
* Implementing drainage and electrical systems, including positive surface water drainage and high mast lighting.
Salary & Benefits:
* Site Engineer: Up to £50,000 per annum
* Senior Engineer: Up to £60,000 per annum
* Company Car or generous Car Allowance
* Living Away Allowance (Subsistence and accommodation support provided for non-local candidates)
* Pension: Robust 6% employer contribution
* Profit Share: Eligibility for a company-wide profit-sharing scheme
* Annual Leave: 33 days (including bank holidays), with potential to increase based on service
