About Us:
We are working with a wonderful two-form entry school in Upminster, in the London Borough of Havering. From after the Easter break, they are looking for a long-term Year 4 Teacher. Initially this Year 4 teacher position will be until July but there is potentially an opportunity for the role to extend in September. The successful Year 4 Teacher will be organised and be able to put the basic routines into place. If you would like to work in a wonderful school as a Year 4 Teacher, please read on!

Key Responsibilities:
* Ability to work successfully as part of a team as a Year 4 Teacher
* Raise standards for all pupils, including underachieving pupils
* Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning, focused on raising standards
* Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback accordingly.
* Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* QTS or equivalent
* At least 1 years’ experience
* Excellent understanding of the National Curriculum
* Prior experience as a Year 4 Teacher
* UK classroom-based experience
