To be successful in this role of Office Manager you will have solid people management experience in an office environment - you will be a true leader and people person. You will be approachable, dedicated to coaching and mentoring, and have honesty and integrity at your core. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, solve problems, and utilise your ability to get things done
Days of work are Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm/ 30 min unpaid break (37,5 hours a week).
Responsibilities:
* Lead HR functions including recruitment, training, and daily team support.
* Manage contracts with suppliers, utilities, and service providers.
* Oversee financial processes: debt chasing, payroll, timesheets, and invoicing.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, fire safety, and pest control regulations.
* Maintain company vehicles.
* Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism.
* Other ad hoc duties to the director and the office needs.
* Design skills may be required. Strong knowledge of Canva essential; Photoshop and InDesign desirable).
