You will have access to a variety of learning opportunities to achieve your objectives throughout the year We are looking for motivated individuals who are adaptable to change and who can support the team to ensure that the we deliver an effective social work service, which meets the needs of adults and their carers, whilst maintaining standards against our policies and procedures. You will support adults to have a good assessment, clearly identifying needs whilst considering the context that the adult lives in and listening to their voice. You will then plan to help them meet their needs by looking at informal and community based support in addition to providing statutory services to meet their needs. You will also work with adults to safeguard them against abuse and neglect. Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals (CSS, CQSW, DipSW, Degree in Social Work). Applicants should also be registered, or eligible for registration, with Social Work England. Please note, this is a part time vacancy working 30 hours a week.
