Description
* Analyse business performance vs. budget and forecast, recommending improvements
* Benchmark KPIs against competitors and internal sites
* Prepare financial models for various scenarios, focusing on profitability and costing
* Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
* Validate financial data through reconciliations and reviews
* Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to management
* Develop automated tools to enhance productivity
* Maintain finance-related master data and oversee rebate management performance
* Manage orders and revenue data for key stakeholders
* Provide financial oversight across the UK & Ireland region
Profile
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA part/full qualified)
* Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar roles
* Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis skills
* Advanced ERP and Excel capability
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage projects and influence multiple stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving skills and commercial thinking
* Clear and confident communicator at all levels
