Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is the UK's largest Commercial Tyre service provider. All our Mobile Commercial Tyre technicians will be trained in REACT—Roadside Emergency Action Concerning Technician's standards, which is the license to work safely on the roadside.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete the Trainee Technician training program (lasting 6-12 months), mentored by experienced colleagues and monitored by our H&S team. Learn policies, procedures, and complete relevant qualifications.
* Meet customer demand for all services offered
* Maintain high-quality work standards
* Pay attention to detail and demonstrate technical confidence and capability
* Follow all policies and processes to ensure work is conducted to the highest standards
* Adhere to DVSA guidelines and standards
Required Skills:
* Passion for working in the automotive industry and obtaining relevant qualifications
* Flexibility and willingness to work overtime
* Possess a full, current driving license
