What you'll do
Being a
Business Analyst
is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll:
* Work with stakeholders to capture and document business and technical requirements.
* Translate needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artefacts for product teams
* Analyse business processes, customer journeys, and data flows to identify opportunities and risks.
* Support Product Managers by providing evidence and clarity for prioritisation.
* Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams & Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to different audiences.
Who you are
It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:
* Exposure to agile ways of working (scrum, Kanban, or equivalent)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communicator across technical and business teams
* Organised and detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills
* Experience with analysis or data tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Excel, SQL, GA, Looker, Tableau)
