Responsibilities
* Supporting managers and advisors to implement the SHE management systems, including delivery of objectives and plans.
* To support in the development and embedding of an improved safety culture within the Submarines business and support the SHE improvement programme.
* Assist key risk reduction and improvement SHE projects and activities.
* Provide support to audits, accidents and near miss investigations.
* Reviewing and interpreting safety, health and environmental reports.
* Understand ISO45001 and ISO14001 governance processes and how they are applied.
