* Conflict Crusher: Use your communication skills to navigate a fast-paced, unionized environment with ease.
Who You Are
* A Proven Leader: You have experience in fast-paced production (Food/Logistics preferred).
* Compliance Expert: Knowledge of NEBOSH or Food Safety certification is your superpower.
* Analytical Mind: You love a good spreadsheet and know how to fix deviations before they become problems.
* Adaptable: Ready to cover a 7-day operation in an industry that never sleeps.

* 5-year checkable referencing history (Aviation security requirement).
