The Opportunity:
We are looking for full-time Customer Care Executives to join our team. Working from our state-of-the-art contact centre based in Poole, you will manage and assist customers over the phone with all enquiries including service, MOT and repair bookings across all 24 of our Eden dealerships.
We offer a competitive salary for the role with the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus by achieving targets. The contact centre operates between 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sundays). You will work 40 hours a week of either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. If you are due to work a Saturday, you will receive a day off during the week. We offer full in-house training, and we will continue to develop and coach you through the role with great progression opportunities to other areas of the business if desired.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
* Confidence to speak to customers over the phone, email and through live chat to quickly understand their individual requirements;
* Work within a fast-paced call centre environment ensuring we are still providing the highest level of customer service;
* Accurate data input, good attention to detail and experience of managing your own workload;
* Knowledge of how to upsell and overcome objections whilst having a highly customer focused attitude;
* A positive 'can do' attitude;
* The ability to work as part of a team;
* A hunger to achieve targets and meet specific KPI’s.
