We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Lettings Administrator to join our growing Build to Rent (BTR) team. Working closely with the Leasing Executive and General Manager, you will manage the full tenancy administration journey from agreed let through to move-in, ensuring every resident has a smooth and professional onboarding experience. From compliance and referencing to tenancy documentation and move-in coordination, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic leasing operation where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Manage tenancy progression from agreed let through to move-in Coordinate referencing and application checks with approved providers Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and compliance documentation Complete right-to-rent checks and maintain accurate compliance records Register tenancy deposits within statutory deadlines Ensure all resident files and property management systems are updated accurately Handle pre-move-in queries and coordinate move-in logistics with on-site teams Work closely with Leasing Executives, Resident Services, and the General Manager to ensure a smooth resident journey What We’re Looking For Previous administration experience within lettings, Build to Rent, PRS, property, legal, or another compliance-focused environment Strong understanding of residential lettings compliance and tenancy processes Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously Strong communication and organisational skills Confident using property management systems and Microsoft Office Professional and proactive approach to customer service This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within the fast-growing Build to Rent sector, gaining valuable exposure to residential leasing operations within a professional and supportive environment.
