Welsh-Speaking School Receptionist – Secondary School in Porth Location: RCT Start Date: September Full-time Are you a confident Welsh speaker with a flair for organisation and a passion for working in education? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a Welsh-speaking School Receptionist to join a welcoming and vibrant secondary school in RCT area. If you're enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a bilingual school environment, we’d love to hear from you! The Role: As the first point of contact at the school, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the front office. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming students, staff, parents, and visitors with a professional and friendly approach Managing telephone and email communications Maintaining accurate attendance records and supporting school data systems Providing admin support to teaching and senior leadership staff Assisting with general office tasks including calendar coordination and photocopying What We’re Looking For: Fluent Welsh speaker (spoken and written) Strong administrative and organisational skills Confident and personable, with a can-do attitude Previous school or office-based admin experience (desirable) Willingness to apply for (or already hold) an Enhanced DBS on the update service Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) or willingness to register Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
