Fixed-term 11 months Sep 2025 – August 2026

We seek individuals with leadership experience or potential who are dynamic, flexible, and enthusiastic. More information about the program and role can be found on the RCP website.

· Acting as a bridge between senior clinical leaders, managers, and resident doctors to enhance communication, engagement, and morale.
· Service improvement initiatives, such as pathway redesign, technology implementation, and establishing new services to improve patient flow and outcomes.
· Enhancing clinical and non-clinical education and training, mentoring resident doctors in quality improvement.
· Workforce planning and deployment of resident doctors to meet service needs and boost morale.
· Improving efficiency and reducing waste.
· Engaging stakeholders across teams and boundaries to promote quality improvement and influence change.
Involvement in and exposure to senior management and organisational decision-making
