Overview
If you are an experienced IT Manager then this position covering two offices could be an excellent career move.
Some of your duties will include:
* Troubleshooting incidents reported from instigation stage through to completion
* Providing application support including installation, configuration and upgrading
* Managing SQL performance issues – SQL Server – and resolving all matters
* Supporting numerous applications on mixed Windows/Linux Server platforms
* Dealing with some Linux/Unix systems administration – Redhat and Centos
* Trouble shooting and diagnosing network/infrastructure issues – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Firewall
