About The Role
Key Requirements for this Rewarding Role
* A full driver’s licence is required to facilitate travel between client homes.
* Worried about transportation? Work cars are provided to ensure you can reach our clients safely and efficiently.
If you possess a genuine desire to help others, a reliable and proactive approach, and excellent communication skills, you would be a perfect fit for our team. Previous care experience is a plus, but a warm heart and a commitment to our values are most important.
Responsibilities (but are not limited to)
* Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
* Supporting with medication reminders and administration.
* Helping with light household duties, meal preparation, and shopping.
* Providing companionship, emotional support, and engaging in stimulating activities.
* Adhering to personalised care plans and reporting any changes in client condition.

Required Criteria
* Compassionate and caring disposition
* At least six months experience working with patients within a Care Home Setting
* Full Clean Driving Licence
* Knowledge of Driving a Manual Car
* Excellent interpersonal Skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Be a team player

* Enthusiastic and Professional
* Demonstrate a positive attitude when carrying out your duties and be willing to put in an extra effort if an unexpected situation arrives
