Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team at The Club House a busy, independent café and event space with a focus on quality food, speciality coffee, with relaxed but elevated dining.
The right person will have a natural flair for hospitality and leadership — someone who can balance calm, confident service on the floor with the organisation and structure that keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can grow with us — a positive, forward-thinking manager who's not just here to maintain standards, but to help shape the next stage of our journey.
You should:
* Have management experience within hospitality or bistro-style dining
* Lead by example — calm, professional, and hands-on
* Be confident managing rotas, costs, and day-to-day operations
* Have strong organisational and people skills, with a focus on developing and motivating the team
* Be enthusiastic about helping an independent business expand and refine its offering
