Assistant Contracts Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant ContractsManagerto join an established and growing flooring contractor in the Home Counties. With a vast amount of experience and knowledge gained over 20 years of delivering flooring contracts across multiple sectors, this contractor has built up large and diverse client base.
They are looking for an ambitious candidate with experience in flooring who can progress in the role, working under a Senior Contracts Manager and within the foreseeable future run their own projects.
Assistant Contracts Manager - key responsibilities:
Ensure all materials and resources are in place as work is as required
Possess and have full knowledge of project details and specifications
Ultimately, deliver high-quality flooring installations on time and to budget whilst satisfying the customer
Attend and contribute to progress / project meetings
Health and Safety management
Quality managementExperience:
Experience in the flooring sector
Proven background of competent delivery and client satisfaction
IT literate
Commercially aware
Client facing, with the ability to represent the business on site
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
